1 scheduled maintenance visit per month
Up to 2 hours of labor per visit
Basic interior home inspection

Visual check of plumbing fixtures and accessible areas

Custom plans are created together with the homeowner and are priced based on the services, frequency, and level of care included in the plan.

MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

All memberships require the applicable minimum commitment period stated in the membership description.

All packages are to either be paid in full at signing. You may be able to pay just the first half at signing of some 12 month plans, when available. Ask about this option if you would like to know availability.

Membership visits are scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.

Included labor applies only to routine maintenance and small handyman tasks that can be safely completed by Precision Home Maintenance.

Materials, parts, equipment rentals, disposal fees, specialty services, and work requiring licensed contractors are billed separately.

Unused monthly visit time does not roll over to future months.

Memberships are intended for routine maintenance and property care and do not guarantee that every potential problem or defect will be discovered or solved.

Precision Home Maintenance will notify the homeowner when additional repairs or specialized services are recommended.

Snow removal is not included in membership pricing. Premium and Guardian Plus members receive priority access to available snow removal services, with Guardian Plus receiving the highest priority.

Membership priority does not guarantee service availability during severe weather, major storms, or periods of unusually high demand.
