Meet Kevin & Kristen

Hi, we're Kevin and Kristen Alves, the husband-and-wife team behind Precision Home Maintenance LLC.

We started Precision because we believe your home should be a place where you can relax, spend time with your family, and make memories—not a never-ending list of repairs and projects hanging over your head. The problem we found was if we don't do these things who will? We would call a landscaping company to cut our lawn, but we quickly found they wouldn't just cut the lawn, according to them we didn't have a lawn, we need to do A, B,C,D before they could install a lawn for them to cut.. When we wanted security camera's we couldn't find anybody that would just give us some basic cameras that could be pick up at best buy or walmart it had to be this big multi thousand dollar project. We like options, who doesn't? With 6 awesome kids all in some form of teen to early adulthood we wished we could just call one person to help with some of these things so we could be present more with our family. That's where this business was born.

Between work, family, and everyday life, we know how quickly those little things around the house can pile up. Maybe you've got a honey-do list that's been sitting there for months. Maybe you're a busy parent who would rather spend the weekend with your kids.  Maybe you own a rental property or a second home and need someone you can trust to take care of things when you're not there. We know we can't do everything, but knowing that and being in the trades for so many years, Kevin and our team has built many relationships with people and businesses that do, and can get the job done. Another aspect that makes us unique. We want you to call us, even if your not sure we can do a specific job. We will come talk to you and help guide you on what needs to be done, give you options on trusted tradesmen and company's we know and even setup a qoute or time to meet them with or without us. Customer service is something that needs some maintenance lately, and we are here to be the ones to maintain it.

With years of hands-on experience in carpentry, home repairs, property maintenance, and so much more, we take care of the little details that keep a home running smoothly, Kevin started Precision Home Maintenance with a simple idea: Offer the exact service's we've been looking for and treat every customer's home the way we'd want someone to treat our own.

We believe in showing up when we say we will, communicating clearly, doing quality work, and being honest about what your home needs. We're not here to push you into work you don't need. We're here to build relationships with the people and families in our community and become the people you can call when something needs to be taken care of. We don't care if it takes us 6 different projects to earn what these company's want to charge for one.  Our goal is to be around when you need us, not to take your money throw some wood together to make this huge home bar that looks like you should be charging a cover fee (and might have to when you get the bill) when all you wanted was a simple beautiful space for family to sit and relax. 

We also understand that life doesn't always happen under one roof. If you own a rental property, a vacation home, or a home you only live in part-time, having someone you trust to keep an eye on things can make all the difference. We're here to give you that extra peace of mind and help protect one of your biggest investments.
